As of June 29, Vietnam’s Ministry of Health confirmed a total of 355 cases of COVID-19. However, 330 of the affected patients have recovered and been discharged from hospitals. The latest additional cases were Vietnamese nationals returning from Kuwait.

As of June 26, Vietnam’s Ministry of Health’s tally of confirmed cases of COVID-19 remained at 352. In addition, 329 of the affected patients have recovered and been discharged from hospitals.
Vietnamese conglomerate Vingroup is ready to start mass production of ventilators after receiving approval from the Ministry of Health. The first batch of commercial ventilators is expected to be handed over to the embassies of Russian and Ukraine on June 26.
